The Strawberry River Ranch located in Duchesne County encompasses 4,884 acres of some of the most beautiful river land in Utah. The 31/2 miles of river running through the ranch does not have public access. The ranch section of the river has historically held a healthy population of large brown trout, Rainbow trout, and Colorado River Cutthroat. The Ranch is conveniently located between Strawberry Reservoir-- considered to be one of the top-producing lake fisheries in the state-- and Starvation Reservoir, another excellent fishery. The Ranch is a 1-hour drive time I-40 from Heber Valley which is currently one of the fastest growing municipalities in the country. 100 ac/ ft of water included.

UPDATE: This section of strawberry river has been fishing very well. This three and a half miles stretch had not been fished for decades and is now proving to be exceptional water with abundant, healthy brown trout and an occasional native Cutthroat.
